One simple request

I know your keyboard needed to be cleaned, and as an IT guy I appreciate the fact that you were willing to clean it for yourself, but was it really necessary to do that while it was hooked up to a running PC? Are you really surprised that somewhere in this process you hit some keystrokes that messed up something and locked up your PC?

At least a reboot corrected whatever they had done, so it was simple enough to fix, but this whole call could have been avoided, really.
