Technology in the Courtroom This article was being passed around on the Yahoo LitSupport mailing list, and since it specifically talks about a program that we have used, albeit in very limited capacities, in trials before, it really caught my eye as something to pass around the firm. Jurors and Technology in Trial: What Were Once Vices Are Now Habits They have some great examples of using technology as part of your case, and how it impacted some rather high profile cases recently. Of course, if I start promoting the effectiveness of the program that probably also means I need to know it inside and out, which I currently don't. Let me add that to the list of things I want to look at more closely now that I'm managing the department. It's getting to be a mighty long list! :) Tags: Labels: LitigationSupport Digg this | Post to del.icio.us| FaceBook | Stumble Upon| Google Bookmark|
