Reader needs help From an email: My full version has arrived; however, installation is not possible because the Beta version cannot be removed. The messge is that "This patch package could not be opened: Windows Installer patch package." Any suggestions on where to find the appropriate information? My first thought was that back when I installed the trial version on my 2000 laptop, I needed to get the latest version of Windows Installer, sounds from his error that this may be something similar. Anyone have other ideas?
