Somebody owes me

Angela and I were all set to go to the Crew game tonight. The place where she used to work had some extra tickets, we were going to go hang in the VIP patio and just enjoy the game together. Unfortunately, shortly before we were due to leave, we found out that they wound up being one ticket short on the tickets they had promised to people. Oops. Seeing as how I’d been to a few games, and well, the Crew really have been struggling this year, I figured as the husband of someone who used to work there, I was the least deserving of a ticket compared to people who still worked there and their families, so I volunteered to stay home.

That was all fine until Angela came home and told me that the VIP tickets came complete with free beer, and free fresh-baked cookies. Somebody owes me! 🙂

Asa, from mozilla.org sent me an email that both thanked me for linking to and talking about Firefox, and asked me to link to them using a button. I haven’t decided on whether I want to start the trend of using a lot of buttons to link to things, I already have enough issues with…

  • More on file swapping

There’s more all around on the latest file-sharing stuff, here, here, and here. The thing to take away from all of this is that there’s a very real possibility that file-sharing will be no more, and that burning music to a cd will become a very burdensome process in the near future. While I don’t…
