    We’ve reached a milestone on this little blog. According to my copy of Table Editor, Eric Maynard left the 1000th comment on this blog earlier this evening. I am simply amazed. I never imagined I would get this level of feedback and involvement when I started this last year. Thank you all!

    Has reason returned to the land of DMCA? The jury in the Elcomsoft case seems to have decided it should! Here’s the important part of the jury instructions, to my mind: “Merely offering a product that could violate copyrights was not enough to warrant a conviction, the jury instructions said” Haven’t heard that point made…
