When a good UPS goes bad..

There’s nothing quite like the frantic, first thing in the morning call letting you know that “I turned it on and nothing happened!”. Of course the culprit, in this case, was a dead UPS battery, which is no surprise since some of these have been in use longer than I’ve been working here. (The hazards of not-for-profit budgeting!) And while fixing said problem is relatively easy, carrying one of those suckers around first thing in the morning is not my idea of fun!
