Actual email I sent my boss today:

FYI,

His phone is operating correctly now. The other one we set up for them worked the way it was supposed to so it was just a matter of going through the 48 different options in 3 different tables in the telephone programming database and figuring out which one was set differently.

Don’t you just wish you had my job? 🙂
