His phone is operating correctly now. The other one we set up for them worked the way it was supposed to so it was just a matter of going through the 48 different options in 3 different tables in the telephone programming database and figuring out which one was set differently.
Don’t you just wish you had my job? 🙂

The laptop hard drive, which was ordered after 3 PM yesterday, and which I was told by the Compaq help desk person to not expect until Monday, maybe even Tuesday, arrived before 9 o’clock this morning. I probably won’t even attempt to work on that until Monday anyway though, as I’m leaving at noon today…
