His phone is operating correctly now. The other one we set up for them worked the way it was supposed to so it was just a matter of going through the 48 different options in 3 different tables in the telephone programming database and figuring out which one was set differently.

I hate when I’m at the in-laws and I forget to change the outgoing server stuff for the email.
