I uninstalled Windows Defender

Not because it didn’t work, but because the latest update repeatedly failed to install, but constantly kept popping up a balloon from the Systray to ask me to download the same update that failed to install. Out of pure annoyance, I uninstalled the program. Some nights, that’s how I feel.

Update: Thanks to the May 1 Langa List I discovered I’m not the only one who had this problem, and grabbing a fresh download of the beta and installing it again seems to have fixed the update problem. So it’s back installed again.
