Best Firefox Extension Ever

Over at LifeHack.org today I saw the extension that does what we’ve all wished we could do with our Firefox settings. “FEBE backs up your extensions, themes, and (optionally) your bookmarks, preferences and cookies.”

Of course, along with backing them up, it also makes them all transferrable to another computer!

Freaking awesome!

  1. I use mozbackup from http://mozbackup.jasnapaka.com/
    to backup firefox and thunderbird. Yesterday I actually had to restore my firefox profile as for some reason all my search engines had disappeared and I was unable to delete things from the history view. A restore back to a previous backup fixed that problem.
    The funny thing is that I’ve actually got febe installed but had forgotten it!
