Evening out

Had another meetup with a fellow blogger this evening. This time Angela and I ventured out to Easton for dinner, good conversation and a few laughs with Andy and his wife, Kristen. Angela has pictures!. (Pity the poor woman at the next table who wound up in the background of our pics and who’s likeness is now plastered all over the ‘net, eh?)

I think I can speak for both of us when I say we’re both very glad and honored that they chose to spend one evening of their very busy “vacation in the US” time. Thanks guys! Enjoy the rest of your time!

  • Our own little war..

There’s going to be a war in my office, specifically on the floor I work on, and it’s going to be over the coffee maker. I do not understand how grown adults can think it’s ok to spill coffee down the counter and into little puddles on the floor and walk away from it. (That’s…

  • IT Independence

Over at Doc’s IT Garage there’s a lengthy post about business needs, and using outside vendors as opposed to internal IT people and the view of IT from the top. A couple of quotes: “FA new study by the white-shoe consultancy Bain & Co. finds that, while 70% of senior executives at large corporations agree…
