MT 2.66

According to the announcement, it seems this maintenance release is mostly about trying to combat comment spam. Good idea! Of course, I haven’t even managed to find the time to upgrade the Child Abuse site to 2.65, let alone 2.66. I’m now two releases behind, gah! I’ve got some work to do!
