I wasn’t all that interested in Google’s new Desktop Search, but when even my wife’s grandmother starts asking about it, well what kind of a techie would I be if I couldn’t say whether it worked or not. So I installed it at work. It indexed my files in about 10 minutes, which is pretty fast considering all the stuff that’s on this bad boy.
