Three day weekend

Three day weekend? Excellent!

Ice/Sleet/Snow and bitter cold all weekend leaving you pretty much cooped up in the house? Not so excellent!

I have managed to get some things done around the house, do a little blogroll cleaning, played some NHL 2K2, watched both football games yesterday, and just generally relax while Angela’s out of town. That was the goal, to get a little relaxation in, to try and shake the grumpy mood that last week left me in. Mission accomplished! Unfortunately she won’t be back until tonight, and I’m running out of things to do. (A shower would probably be good though, before she gets home…LOL)

  • Speaking of bad marketing

OK, this isn’t really marketing per se, but it is somewhat bad customer service, so here’s a free clue. If you’re a local, or in this case a regional, camera store, and you’re going to try and repackage a 1GB SD card that had been returned, you might want to take a minute and delete…

  • BartPE

Today’s column by Fred Langa is the second recent reference I’ve seen to BartPE: Bart’s PE Builder helps you build a “BartPE” (Bart Preinstalled Environment) bootable Windows CD-Rom or DVD from the original Windows XP or Windows Server 2003 installation/setup CD, very suitable for PC maintenance tasks. It will give you a complete Win32 environment…
