Google toolbar and popups

Is it just me or has it seemed like there have been a few more popups somehow getting past the Google toolbar’s popup blocker? Not a ton, mind you, but a handful per day as I use the web. I figure someone out there is figuring out how to get around it, since I haven’t installed anything else that would create popups, and there aren’t enough of them to make me suspect any sort of spyware to begin with. I downloaded the latest version of the toolbar this morning, we’ll see if that improves things.
