Outlook Personal Folder backup tool

Now this might be an interesting thing to install on PC’s here at the office. Not because there aren’t already super-simple ways to backup your personal folders, (just close Outlook and copy your .pst folder to the network on a regular basis, for example..) but because I can set it to remind people to backup their .pst file, and I can default it to a network location. You’d be surprised how often someone backs up their .pst file to the same drive the original is located and then yells at me when they lose all their stuff in a hard drive crash, or backs it up a couple of times but never remembers to do it after that and only has 4 month old data to recover!

At least it might be a useful option to those of use living without Exchange servers! 🙂
