Surreal

There’s nothing that says “Be prepared for anything today!” better than driving to work in the quiet that comes from having a bunch of snow on the ground, passing two stopped cars, blocking two lanes of traffic, who obviously had just had an accident, although there was no noticeable damage to either car, so I don’t see why they had to tie up traffic like that, while the radio station plays Johnny Cash’s cover of Nine Inch Nails’ Hurt. It was a very odd moment…

Oh well. I’m looking forward to a trip to the Apple Store after work to meet up with Brad for a bite to eat while he’s in town picking up his rebate check. That should be fun, if I can just get through the work day relatively sane. 🙂
