Who are these people?

From a Register article:

“Symantec has turned off this auto-responder feature by default for the last two years but systems admins insist on turning it back on, according to Chris Miller, a Symantec mail security product manager.”

Well I guess I can quit blaming Symantec for all those “virus bounce” messages and start blaming email admins! Have these people been paying attention?
