Blogging advice

It looks like I’m going to be meeting with someone who runs a website for a small not for profit lobbying group next week so that she can pick my brain about blogging. I’ve already given her a bunch of links and a few articles about blogging, but I figured I’d throw it open to suggestions. If you were going to talk to someone about why their organization shoud (or shouldn’t?) start blogging, and how they should do it, what would be the key points you’d want to make sure they knew, or the key ideas that are floating around online that you would point them to?

I’m looking forward to your ideas.

Yesterday I spent probably two hours discussing a change that we’re doing at work. In layman’s terms, one of our employees is moving into a newly created position with another entity that is a “partner” of ours. He’ll work for them, but still be our employee, work out of our offices and have an email…

My Axim’s backup battery seems to be bad. I’ve left the Axim charging since I got into the office this morning and the battery stayed at 30%. I then took out the backup battery, wiped it down, as per the FAQ on Dell’s support site, and stuck it back in. Then it said 50% right…
