It’s a YouTube world
I’ve had an idea lately that pretty much anything that happens outside of your own home is pretty much open to having been captured by someone on a camera phone, either in still or video. Never was the idea that we are truly living in a YouTube world made more clear to me than last night. Angela and I had the pleasure of going to see the John Mayer show at Nationwide Arena. When the house lights went down, you could see, literally, hundreds of little lights in the audience. It took a minute before we realized that that was. Folks holding up their cell phones to either snap a still shot, record a bit of video or audio to take home and, more than likely, post on-line somewhere.
