20 hours later

So I got here this morning, and our internet connection was still down. The nice folks at the phone company did get it working just before 9AM, approximately 20 hours or so after they did something to cause the problem to begin with. Now everyone can get back to online shopping, online banking, sending personal emails, etc. (Seriously, I checked, those were the first things people used the return of the internet connection for. Ahh summertime in the world of legislative affairs!)

As for me, I’ll be catching up on Windows XP SP2 info, and the release of Firefox 0.9.1. Is it just me or does it seem like it 0.9 hasn’t been out long enough to even get used to and there’s an upgrade available already? 🙂

Updates on my week so far: Mac is still crashing. More graphics work has been lost. Possibly going to work exclusively booted into OS 9 for now. (It can’t hurt at this point..) Massive amounts of research done (Thanks to Google) to show that a company has made deceptive, if not outright false, statements to…
