Reset

I didn’t realize how much of my time would be spent this week resetting passwords. Not network passwords, passwords to the Postini email quarantines. Seems that our service was upgraded, and moved to another server. Naturally the new server didn’t recognize the cookies that were set by the old server so all those folks who had checked the “remember my password” box had to login again. I didn’t realize how many people had done that, and now have no idea what their password is.
