Liberum

Seen mentioned in this post by Chris Haaker, a free helpdesk tracking system called Liberum. Looks like it might be pretty interesting. Don’t know that I would use it here, there’s one tech, me, and people are pretty much used to just emailing me or stopping by my office. Asking them to move to filling out a form might be too much, let alone worth the time it would take to put together an intranet to host it. 🙂

But I am curious about the product, anyone use it?
