Trillian Pro RSS a resource hog?

Rogers Cadenhead seems to think so. I don’t seem to have anyone using the RSS plugin for Trillian Pro to grab my feed, and I don’t have Trillian Pro myself, since the free version more than meets my meager IM needs, so I’ve never seen this before. If you’re using Trillian Pro to read RSS, or any RSS reader for that matter, do us all a favor and set it to, at most, once an hour, mmkay?
