Interesting Things

I just wanted to share some of the things that have caught my interest, that I haven’t managed to write up on the blog. 😉

Things are getting into a normal routine, they’re just not quite there yet.

The Sedona Conference has released a new set of principles. The Sedona Conference® Database Principles Addressing Electronic Database Discovery in Civil Litigation. Check it out for some light reading. 😉

Monica Bay covers the opening of the Trial Consulting Network by Ted Brooks, an easy way to locate a trial consultant when you need one.

Speaking of new websites, the ILTA Knowledge Management Peer Group Steering Committee has started the ILTA KM Blog. I’m looking forward to seeing what they will be sharing there.

Also, the latest edition of Law Practice Magazine is the special ABA TechShow Tips edition, with more tech tips for lawyers than you can shake a stick at. You might want to check it out before it gets archived and hard to find on the site. 😉

Speaking of ABA TechShow, Sharon Nelson also gives a brief recap of ABA TechShow and E-Discovery and comes to this conclusion:

There is a lot more e-discovery education that needs to be done!

All too true…
