Be Careful How You Treat Job Applicants

Candidates Who Have a Bad Job Search Experience Can Adversely Affect a Company’s Bottom Line, CareerBuilder Study Shows

I have either experienced, or seen others, get similar treatment from direct employers as well. It’s 2012 and we are all connected in myriad ways. Really, is it that hard to take some time and treat applicants with some dignity and class?
