Getting Rid of an Old Phone or PC – Check This First
Yes, that old cell phone may not seem like much, but it’s probably got a ton of data about you on it, let alone all of the information you’ve horded over the years on that old computer! If it’s time to get rid of the machine, take a minute to make sure you aren’t also sharing all of your personal details too.
Here’s some decent advice on how to “wipe” your data before you discard that old technology.
Of course, taking a hammer or baseball bat to any storage device that has once held your data also works. It might even be therapeutic. 😉
