Another Scoble?

Looks like Robert’s brother, Alex, is blogging about his life as an IT Manager for a small law firm. Should be interesting stuff! As a small business IT guy myself, I can empathize with the headaches that switching from WordPerfect to Office 2003 are going to bring. Not so much in the technology, but in the resistance to change that seems to come naturally to end users. 🙂
