Temporary broken stuff

Yeah the front page of the blog might not work exactly the way it’s supposed to for a few days. Some of the older posts that still show on the front page don’t actually have individual pages, and the comments appear to be gone but they all work the way they’re supposed to on the archive pages, and eventually they’ll flip off the front page too.

I switched over to using Blogger’s own comment system, with word-verification turned on. It’s just an experiment for now. We’ll see how it goes. I’m also experimenting with some other things. I had hoped to be done with these experiments but it’s been a very busy week. Opening a new remote office does cause quite the increase in workload for all of the IS staff, even those of us who didn’t have to go and be directly involved in it.

Despite numerous warnings, I had another staff person take the afternoon off and leave their email logged in today. This time I went a step further, I sent them an email from their own PC, and their own email account. Let’s see if that hits a little closer to home.. Follow these topics: Uncategorized
