Work, work, work

Lots of database stuff to do today. Since we do billing 45 days out from the due date, this upcoming billing cycle actually represents the first 2003 cycle. What that means for me is that in order to to do some queries against the upcoming accounts and what they’ve been paying over the last 3 years, I have to export all of the 2002 dues payments and then include that information in the new queries that I have to write that will incorporate dues from 2000-2002, rather than 1999-2001 as they have been.

Sound confusing? It is. Suffice it to say, I’ll be getting quite a bit of practice in handling data in Access over the next few hours. 🙂

It’ll be an “office door shut” type of project. It’s just confusing enough to make interruptions a very bad thing.
