More About Thank you Notes

I was listening to the latest Manager Tools podcast at lunch today. They’ve talked about the importance of writing thank you notes before, but today’s podcast was entirely on that topic. In true Manager Tools style, not only did I learn how important the act of sending thank you notes is, both professionally and personally, but step by step instructions on how to get started writing them. Really good stuff. I’d highly recommend taking a listen.
