Help Desk Talk Relaunched

Ian Landsman announced yesterday that he’s rolling out the Help Desk Talk forums for another go ’round. I thought it was a great idea to have a board dedicated to help desk workers the first time he launched it, but it never really took off. Here’s hoping this one finds it’s wings.

Even though I don’t work at the help desk any more, I still think it’s a great idea, and plan to drop in from time to time to keep in touch with the end-user support community.
