Yes, yes and yes. A huge part of “Zoom fatigue”, aside from the fact that so many of these meetings could have been a quick chat, or even an email, is the fact that many of us only find quiet time to do work, during our normal non-work hours: In the absence of having the ability to drop by someone’s desk or office, we schedule an hour-long meeting. And then we fill that hour long meeting.
