OK so this is completely off topic but it had me cracking up last night. Simply put, John Kruk is the best thing that’s happened to ESPN’s Baseball Tonight, ever! Last night in the middle of a discussion about hamstring injuries and strength conditioning he says:

“Babe Ruth never went on the DL with a pulled hamstring, so go eat a hot dog and drink a beer, you’ll be fine!”.

I thought Harold Reynolds was going to fall out of his chair, which is the only thing that would have made me laugh harder!
