One simple request

I know your keyboard needed to be cleaned, and as an IT guy I appreciate the fact that you were willing to clean it for yourself, but was it really necessary to do that while it was hooked up to a running PC? Are you really surprised that somewhere in this process you hit some keystrokes that messed up something and locked up your PC?

At least a reboot corrected whatever they had done, so it was simple enough to fix, but this whole call could have been avoided, really.

    Depression Stigma in IT?

So yeah, we need to talk about this. Not just in IT, in every industry and workplace. 1 in 10 Americans reports suffering from depression. If you have more than 10 people working in your company, there is a very, very good chance that someone there is dealing with depression, and is at risk. They, like me, need help.
