Snow Day

snowday

I got the call early this morning, don’t come to work. Unfortunately, Angela still had to work, since they had an event planned today. She made it there safely, but we’re up to about 6 inches of snow, which has now switched over to freezing rain as of the noon hour, that will continue all night. Sounds like a good day to build the Ubuntu box that I’ve been meaning to, huh? At least in between trips to shovel the walk!

Update: So much for that idea, turns out the used PC we were selling dirt cheap at work has a bad CD drive, as do the other 2 desktops in my house so I don’t even have one to swap. Guess I’ll have to poke around the hardware area when I’m back in the office and see if I can get a replacement.
