Linked – Why Getting to Know Your Colleagues Is Important

As much as the introvert in me would rather just sit at my computer and get my work done, I am aware that you have to work with people, even in IT and Lit Support, and people respond better to people they know as opposed to a name on an email or a voice on the phone.

The challenge is finding ways to get out and meet people when you’re coming in new! 😉
