I’m sure we are all becoming more and more aware of how much of our “work” can get done even if we aren’t in the same office space very often.

Some smart company is going to put that together and be able to pick a veritable All-Star lineup of talented professionals just by offering them the opportunity to stay where they are.

If you are a hiring manager, go ahead and steal that idea. It’s not a new one, but it’s maybe even more powerful right at this time.
