Busy morning

Just a little busy, have already fielded a number of questions about the SoBig worm and a number of emails that are still hitting our accounts, repaired a Windows NT installation in order to get a laptop booted again, and ran all of our billing for this month, all by 9:10AM. 😉

Angela seems to have gotten hit pretty hard by this SoBig worm. Her personal account has gotten, what is it close to 100 by now, honey? I’ve checked the headers and they all originate from the same IP address! It’s a columbus.rr.com address, if the person doesn’t get this under control soon we may have no choice but to drop a line to abuse@rr.com and ask them to contact the person in question.

We’re having some plumbing work done this morning. They’ve turned off all the water to the building, at least for the early part of the morning. That means no coffee. How can I be expected to work with no coffee? 🙂 Update: 9:45AM Water’s back on and there is the sweet heat of coffee in…

  • Excuse me..

Excuse the mess for the moment, I’m playing around with enabling trackbacks using Haloscan’s trackback feature, because, well, because I can. When did I never need any more reason than that? 🙂 I’m not sure if the autodiscovery feature works, I suppose I’ll figure that out in time. Follow these topics: Uncategorized

  • One of those days..

Yeah, today’s another one of those days where there’s a ton of stuff to do, and little interruptions or setbacks just make it all take much longer than I had hoped it would. On the other hand, I’m beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel on these projects, which is good….
