ALSP Feb 2008 Newsletter

It’s available right now, I believe the newsletter is still available to non-members on the website, but I’m not sure how long that will remain true as they move past the introductory membership rate. There’s actually some really interesting stuff in there, including a good look at the Texas State Law pertaining to private investigators doing computer forensics. It’s not a pretty picture when they’re basing the requirements for something as complex as electronic collection and processing on being a license private investigator.

I’m finding some nice value in the newsletters, enough to get value from my introductory membership rate anyway.
