Acrobat 9 and Acrobat.com

Finis Price has some details on Adobe Acrobat 9 features for the legal market, including some nice improvements to Redactions and Bates Stamping. Personally, I’m looking forward to seeing how that compares to what we’re doing in 8 now.

I love using 8 to batch process things like bates stamping, or exporting TIF images, etc. Sounds like 9 will be even better! Wonder if there will be a trial version? It might take some time to get the budget to purchase 9.

Also, while I was over at his blog I noticed Finis also has a warning about the TOS for Acrobat.com. Seems the clause granting Adobe the right to use your content for any and all purposes that they had in Photoshop Express, and subsequently changed, has made it’s way back to the file sharing service. That seems like a horrible idea.
