Image Inject WordPress Plugin

If you’re interested in adding images to your WordPress posts, you could do worse than the Image Inject plugin.

First, yes a plugin that injects things into your WordPress install does sound a bit scary. But, putting the name aside, what it does is add a search box to your post editor screen. Simply enter your search term, and it will show you results from Flickr and Pixelbaby with a license that allows you to add them to posts. It even includes the photo credit and link, along with the creative common license.

Above, you can see the results of a search for WordPress. I spotted that photo and selected the size I wanted, and the plugin added it to my post. An easy way to add visuals to your blog posts!

Turns out, it probably isn’t too difficult to put together some pieces of your identity using the “anonymous” data that is tracked by various companies. Lots of interesting things in this post by Chris Dale about various sources of data and how they will start to show up in the legal world as eDiscovery, but a…

    Review of Sandisk iXpand

As I mentioned earlier when there was a discount available for the Sandisk iXpand, I did order one to solve a specific problem I have with my iPhone. It being an older 16GB model, it was constantly running out of space. Part of that was the growing size of apps, and part of that was…

  • Upgrading away

Just finished the upgrade to Movable Type 4 on the Child Abuse blog. It seems to all be working, with the exception of the MT-Blogroll plugin, which isn’t compatible. That’s cool, the blogroll as it stands currently still shows up, I just can’t really add to it or anything. Eventually, if the plugin doesn’t get…
