On second thought

Maybe “toughing it out until 5” wasn’t the best idea I’ve ever had. In my weakened mental state I think I just agreed to do some on-the-side consulting work for an organization that I’m not all that fond of dealing with as part of my regular job!

Oh well, it’s one machine, a couple of updates, regular maintenance, etc. How hard could it be?

(Yes if there are famous last words for IT people, that would pretty much be them, wouldn’t it?)
