Linked – Emergencies cost extra

Seth Godin’s advice here makes a lot of sense. Could we make it work in the eDiscovery field?

If you work in a field where things need to be delivered by date certain, with zero defects, with high consequences if you make a mistake—then you need to charge a premium for exposing yourself to emergencies.

Last minute emergencies in the eDiscovery space increase the possibility of mistakes, and those mistakes increase our liability as vendors and/or firms. Yet we charge our customers the same amount. Does that really make sense?
